NFL star Colin Kaepernick gets his own documentary at Netflix. It is mainly about the life of the 32-year-old during his high school days.
While Colin Kaepernick continues to work on his possible NFL comeback, a six-part documentary is dedicated to the high school life of the now 32-year-old.
As “Netflix” announced, producer Ava DuVernay Kaepernick’s past life will be examined in more detail in the documentary entitled “Colin In Black & White”. “The series provides introspective impressions of Kaepernick’s early life, how he grew up as a black child in a white adoptive family and how he found his identity by becoming a great quarterback, among other things,” said “Netflix”.
He would grow up to play in the Super Bowl and realize you never stop fighting for your dreams.
She would grow up to tell stories that matter to millions.

After protest against racism: Kaepernick without team since 2016
In the “Netflix” production, Kaepernick’s high school life is to be the subject of discussion, as well as how the quarterback developed over the years into an activist against racism. In 2016 Kaepernick, son of a white mother and a black father, caused a protest against racial discrimination in the USA by kneeling down in protest during the national anthem played before an NFL match.
Kaepernick subsequently received public criticism from US President Donald Trump, among others, and to this day has not found a new team following the dismissal of the San Francisco 49ers to the Free Agency. In 2017 Kaepernick even initiated legal action against the NFL for systematic exclusion and lost revenues, the proceedings ended with a settlement.
