Damar Hamlin of the Buffalo Bills has to be resuscitated on the field. The wide receiver makes his way to the hospital to visit his teammate after the game was called off
The Buffalo Bills game against the Cincinnati Bengals was stopped in the first quarter.
Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed, had to be resuscitated as his heart stopped, and was taken to hospital after some time.
There the 24-year-old is in critical condition and is being treated. Already on the field, his teammates looked completely in shock, some were crying.
Among them was wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who is said to have a friendly relationship with Hamlin.

While some Bills players flew back to Buffalo, others decided to stay in Cincinnati near Hamlin, who is in the University of Cincinnati hospital.
Diggs ordered an Uber and drove directly from the stadium to the hospital, according to “ESPN”.

In the process, he is said to have been stopped by a police officer, who initially refused him entry.
It was only when Diggs explained himself and a reporter vouched for his identity that he was apparently let through.
