Amon-Ra and Equanimeous St. Brown host joint football camp in Germany

Brothers Amon-Ra St. Brown and Equanimeous St. Brown will do something for young football players in Germany this summer. They are organising a joint camp.

In the NFL they are competitors: Amon-Ra St. Brown, wide receiver for the Detroit Lions, and his brother Equanimeous, also a wide receiver and employed by the division rival Chicago Bears, of all teams.

This summer, however, they are once again doing things together and want to help young football players in Germany.

In cooperation with the Cologne Crocodiles, the “St. Brown Youth Football Camp” will take place on 25 June at the Bocklemünd district sports facility. Everyone between the ages of seven and 16 can take part. The camp is primarily focused on the skill positions quarterback, running back, wide receiver and defensive back.

Football youngsters in Germany should grow

“We are inspiring the next generation of football stars, play by play,” last year’s Pro Bowl participant Amon-Ra St. Brown wrote on his Instagram page.

The two NFL wide receivers grew up in the USA and went to college, but have a German mother and repeatedly show their connection to Germany in interviews.
