After two unsuccessful stints in the NFL, former Dolphins player Atrilleon Williams has landed in the WWE wrestling league.
He has found his new athletic home. Atrilleon “Trill” Williams, former NFL player and Syracuse college athlete, has signed a contract with the world’s largest wrestling franchise, WWE, according to “Dov Kleiman”.
Williams is said to have participated in public tryouts as early as the summer of 2024 to convince WWE of his abilities. With success, as recent reports now show.
According to the report, the 25-year-old has been working for the wrestling federation since the summer.
After the cornerback was not drafted in 2021, he went to Miami to join the Dolphins after a brief stint with the New Orleans Saints. There Williams made his debut in the last regular season game of the season. Due to a torn cruciate ligament in the following year, it should remain an NFL appearance.
