The 29-year-old moved from the Philadelphia Eagles to the Jets this offseason for a conditional third-round pick in 2026. The team from New York also took on the outside linebacker’s contract.

This gives him an annual salary of 15 million US dollars and runs until the 2025 offseason, after which Reddick would be a free agent. However, the player appears to be aiming for a more long-term solution.

According to league information, he has not yet been present with his new team. Accordingly, he has already missed the voluntary start of training and thus also a potential bonus of 250,000 US dollars.

According to Matt O’Leary, Reddick was also the only player to miss the Jets’ mandatory media day. Whether he will appear at the upcoming mandatory workouts has yet to be determined.
