NFL – Las Vegas Raiders: Davante Adams demands trade – Kansas City Chiefs as point of contact?

In recent weeks, NFL star Davante Adams has been considered willing to leave the Las Vegas Raiders. Now his move is probably only a matter of time.

The relationship between superstar receiver Davante Adams and the Las Vegas Raiders has broken down. According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, the franchise was reportedly already looking for potential trade partners, and Adams has now apparently made his desire to leave official. This is reported by NFL insider Ian Rapoport.

According to ESPN, the Raiders have already informed other teams what they expect in return for the star receiver: a second-round pick as the main prize and “additional compensation”.

Adams has repeatedly caused trouble in recent weeks, repeatedly clashing with head coach Antonio Pierce, until, according to his own statement, he no longer had any contact with his coach at all. However, he himself recently still denied being unhappy with his team.

Pierce, in turn, caused a stir when he liked an Instagram post that suggested Adams could be spending his last season in Sin City this year.

The Kansas City Chiefs are said to be a potential taker, as injuries to Rashee Rice have created an urgent need at the receiver position. But the New Orleans Saints, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens and New York Jets are also mentioned as possible takers.

The trade window is still open until November 5, so both parties will have to find a solution by then at the latest.
