Joey Bosa’s freak-out in the game against the Las Vegas Raiders has repercussions. The NFL warned the Los Angeles Chargers defensive end and slapped him with a hefty fine.
Munich – “That was just pathetic.”
Joey Bosa was anything but happy with the refereeing performance in the Monday Night Game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
That’s why the Los Angeles Chargers defensive end vented his anger at the post-game press conference.
Among other things, he scolded the referee team: “I mean, the Schris are blind, simple as that. Sorry, but you are blind. Open your eyes and do your job. This is so bad, just unbelievable!”
His mood is unlikely to improve after the league’s latest decision.
Chargers OLB Joey Bosa on the 15-yard penalty he got tonight, “The refs are blind. I’m sorry, but you’re blind. Like, open your eyes and do your job. Its so bad.”

Nearly $29,000 fine
As reported by Ian Rapoport of “NFL Network”, NFL officials fined the three-time Pro Bowler $28,917 after the fact for shooting at the refs during the game.
The Chargers had already been fined 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct for his loud complaint shortly before the end of the game, which they had won 28-14.
So now Bosa was also personally charged. It was not initially known whether he would face an additional penalty for his comments after the game.
