German football star Jakob Johnson has found a new team for the next NFL season.
As NFL insider Adam Schefter of ESPN announced on X on Monday evening, Jakob Johnson will sign a one-year contract with the Houston Texans. Johnson’s agent confirmed this to ESPN.
The 30-year-old fullback will thus enter his seventh season. He has previously played for the New England Patriots, the Las Vegas Raiders and, most recently, the New York Giants.
He has played a total of 70 games, starting 35 of them. He had a career highlight in 2020, when he started 11 games and even caught a touchdown for the Patriots.
