Just before the top game against the Denver Broncos, the Baltimore Ravens have promoted running back Le’Veon Bell to the active roster.
Munich – And forever the running back carousel turns for the Baltimore Ravens. For the top duel against the Denver Broncos, the team of head coach John Harbaugh calls running back Le’Veon Bell into the active squad.
The 29-year-old could make his debut for the Ravens against the unbeaten Denver team. Baltimore is still looking for a clear starter at the position following injuries to J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill.
So far, Ty’Son Williams (27 carries, 164 yards), Latavius Murray (26 carries, 92 yards), Devonta Freeman (5 carries, 37 yards) and Trenton Cannon (2 carries, 5 yards) have carried the ball for the Ravens.
Bell has been looking for his old form for a few years now, could not convince at his last two stops, the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets. Before the departure to Denver he appeared with a Tucker jersey. A tribute to last week’s record field goal.
Had to put on the 🐐’s jersey after that kick. @LeVeonBell | @jtuck9 pic.twitter.com/nLSnH6P7i8
