Clear statement from Joe Douglas. New York Jets general manager makes promise of trade of Packers superstar Aaron Rodgers at US radio station event
Currently Aaron Rodgers is employed as a quarterback by the Green Bay Packers, but next season he will wear the jersey of the New York Jets. This was promised by the general manager of the Jets, Joe Douglas, at an event of the radio station “WFAN”.
When asked about the playmaker, the GM replied, “He’ll be here.” The Jets fans in attendance acknowledged the statement with loud cheers.

That does not mean that the trade has been completed. But it is expected that this will be the case at the latest for the NFL Draft at the end of April.
The 39-year-old himself had declared a few weeks ago that he wanted to play for the team from the Big Apple in the future.
