Hackett worked as offensive coordinator in Green Bay for three seasons from 2019 to 2021. Rodgers won MVP voting twice during that time and was voted to the Pro Bowl three times. The playmaker produced 12,416 yards, 111 touchdowns, 13 interceptions and a 109.2 passer rating during his time with Hackett.

The cooperation should now also be successful with the New York Jets. Especially since Hackett wants to give the signal caller enough leeway in terms of playcalling.
