Tyreek Hill filed for divorce this week. Or did he? The receiver speaks out – and leaves question marks.
Unfortunately not in the playoffs, after the Miami Dolphins were eliminated in the Wild Card Round by the Kansas City Chiefs.
But in his private life.
It was recently revealed that the wide receiver had filed for divorce. Hill denied this on social media, although documents filed by his lawyers with the Broward County court prove the request.
Now, according to “TMZ”, the pass receiver provided a little more clarity in a Twitch stream, stating that he had not given the green light for the documents to be filed. According to Hill, there have already been consequences: he has apparently fired the people responsible for submitting the documents
“I just have to say that it sucks that a lot of what we do is public knowledge,” Hill said: “But behind closed doors, a lot of people have also been fired for just doing things without a ‘yes’.”
Hill and his longtime girlfriend Keeta Vaccaro only got married in November 2023.
“It sucks that me and my wife have to go through this. It’s on public record, and now we’re in the process of fixing it – I fired the f***ing moron who made that mistake,” Hill continued.
The 29-year-old emphasized that he is still married. However, “Cheetah” did not explain why he commissioned the divorce documents in the first place. According to media reports, they have not yet been withdrawn. To be continued
