Nice move by Anthony Richardson!

According to Jake Query, guest host of the “Kevin and Query” show on radio station “107.5 The Fan,” the quarterback drafted by the Indianapolis Colts helped clean at a recent NFL rookie event.

According to the report, the 20-year-old decided to help the local staff clean up while all the other invited players had already left.

Colts quarterback Richardson helps clean up

Richardson stated that it was unfair to expect the staff to clean up the “mess” created by the draftees.

In the process, he insisted on helping until the room was completely cleaned up. In doing so, he would have had the opportunity to leave after NFL Executive Troy Vincent pointed out to him, saying, “You don’t have to do this.”

However, the signal caller countered, “We left that room in an unacceptable condition, and it’s not right for us to expect the staff to clean it all up.”

The Colts drafted Richardson at position four, and it was his character, in particular, that reportedly won over those in charge. He backed that up with this move.
