Sean Payton is splurging on his new digs in Denver. The Broncos head coach is putting $4.5 million on the table for his own home
What do you do with a long-term contract that also sets standards from a financial perspective?
That’s right, you treat yourself.
Like Sean Payton, who has now bought a house in Denver. Not just any accommodation, but a luxury property for a whopping 4.5 million dollars, as the Denver Post reports. Reportedly, there was even a bit of a discount, as the mansion was probably originally listed for $4.6 million.
Six bathrooms, four bedrooms
According to the report, Payton can choose from four bedrooms in the 560-square-foot home in the affluent Cherry Creek neighbourhood, and there are also six bathrooms. In addition, Payton has an oversized kitchen island, a fireplace and a lift in the home.
A lot of luxury to prepare for the challenge in Denver and to work out the plan for success for the recently unsuccessful franchise.
Denver Broncos: Back to winning ways
Because Payton took over the Broncos after Nathaniel Hackett was fired a few weeks ago, he is expected to get the athletically stumbling team around superstar quarterback Russell Wilson back on track for success.
The former coach of the New Orleans Saints has the money for the house in about three months, by the way, completely independent of his current fortune, he is supposed to earn about 18 million dollars per year with the Broncos. He’s signed for five years.
