Deshaun Watson is the new star quarterback of the Cleveland Browns. However, the spectacular signing is not met with approval by all fans. Now there were protests.
Cleveland/Munich – With the official announcement by the club, the Deshaun Watson era in Cleveland has finally begun.
The star quarterback succeeds Baker Mayfield and should finally lead the Browns back to more success.
Although the 26-year-old has not been charged in court, 22 civil sexual harassment lawsuits are still pending against Watson. For parts of the fans, the commitment is therefore incomprehensible.
Protests outside Head Coach Kevin Stefanski’s home
So there have already been some protests within the city, among other things supporters placed a protest banner on a highway heading into the city. The clear message: “F*ck Watson”.
