Buffalo Bills: Offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey apologises for freak-out

After Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey went berserk and threw equipment around in his locker room in front of cameras on national television, the 41-year-old is now asking for an apology.

Munich/Buffalo – It was one of the scenes of last game day.

Isaiah McKenzie caught a pass from Josh Allen shortly before the end in the game between the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills. But instead of immediately surrendering and thus allowing the spike, McKenzie tried to get yards out of it so that the clock ran down.

As a result, on the “CBS” broadcast, offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey was seen tossing his equipment around in his booth at the stadium before an unattributable hand covered the lens.

Now the 41-year-old is asking for an apology after his freakout.

Dorsey: “Will learn from this “

In a press conference Monday, Dorsey said, “It was a playoff atmosphere, but it’s frustrating that I reacted that way. I’ll learn from that.”

However, he was willing to let emotionality stand as a small excuse. “I always give my all to do my part to make sure we win as Buffalo Bills. I don’t want to get the passion of the game out of me, but I have to be more correct in the future,” the 41-year-old added.

Head coach Sean McDermott didn’t take the incident too lightly. “I love that he’s so fired up about his job. It shows how important it is to him. But he has to be a role model, we as coaches have to keep our composure,” McDermott said.

Dorsey became the Bills’ offensive coordinator this season, succeeding Brian Daboll, who was traded to the New York Giants.
