Baby Gronk is a huge phenomenon in the USA. If his father has his way, the 10-year-old should make it to the NFL at all costs. But the parenting methods are highly questionable.
He is one of the most dubious internet phenomena of the current time: “Baby Gronk”, who is actually called Madden San Miguel. But that’s not because of him at all, but mainly because of his father, who already wants to build the 10-year-old into an NFL superstar.
This includes strict diets with “clean foods” such as salmon or brown rice as well as five to six training sessions a week. According to his father, he is also not a normal child, but “a real athlete”.
This has been met with criticism on the internet. Even ex-NFL star J.J. Watt recently voiced his concerns about parenting.
Nothing goes without the father
The next level of perversion was an interview with the “Bring the Juice” podcast. There “Baby Gronk” always had to answer the questions exactly as his father told him.
So the 10-year-old’s answer to the question of how he would like to reach the next level was first “Just train”. He was then corrected by father San Miguel. He was told to answer, “Say you’re going to get a full body massage from some ‘baddies’. “

That this approach is more than questionable was already shown a few years ago by the case of Todd Marinovich. The quarterback was also drilled by his parents from a very young age into a career as a top athlete. In college, Marinovich could no longer withstand the pressure and became addicted to drugs. In his entire career, he played in eight NFL games.
