Aaron Rodgers is experiencing his first days of practice with the New York Jets and his new teammates at OTAs. But now he’s had his first minor setback.
Aaron Rodgers is currently in training camp with his new teammates at the New York Jets, preparing for his first season as a member of the “Gang Green”.
However, as Josina Anderson of “CBS Sports” reports, he suffered a minor leg injury on Tuesday. The reporter initially reported a “pulled calf”, Rodgers himself later confirmed this, but used the phrase himself that it “tweaked his calf”. He therefore took a “Veterans Day” to be on the safe side, but did not believe it was “serious. “

Aaron Rodgers: reports speak of precautionary measure
Anderson also confirmed that the matter was “considered minor”. The quarterback shouldn’t be out for too long. The day off was purely precautionary, he said.
Rodgers only joined the Jets in April after spending 18 years with the Green Bay Packers, where he won the Super Bowl once. The 39-year-old is now expected to do the same in New York.
