After among others wide receiver Jameson Williams of the Detroit Lions was suspended for illegal sports betting last, the NFL now hands out the next game suspension.
Left tackle Cam Robinson of the Jacksonville Jaguars will be suspended for several games, “ESPN” reports, among others.

The offensive lineman was found to have a so-called “PED” offense, which means Performance Enhancing Drugs or in German: Leistungssteigernde Substanzen.
This does not have to be classic doping, even certain cereal bars are on the NFL’s red list.
It is not known how long Robinson’s suspension will last. DeAndre Hopkins of the Arizona Cardinals was suspended six games in 2022 for a similar offense, and Julian Edelman of the New England Patriots was given four games in 2018.
