After the shock diagnosis of cancer, Foster Moreau received a positive prognosis about his illness. A comeback in the coming season actually seems possible
Just weeks after his cancer diagnosis, Foster Moreau of the New Orleans Saints has received a positive prognosis.
“It seems to be a slow spread, and we should be able to get rid of it all,” Moreau is quoted as saying by NFL insider Dov Kleimann.
Moreau comeback before the end of the 2023 season?
Tight end Moreau was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a malignant tumour of the lymph gland system. With an optimal healing process, the 25-year-old could possibly still be used in the 2023 season.
In the recent past, defensive back Eric Berry and running back James Conner had already played for their respective teams seven to eight months after the same diagnosis.
Awesome: TE Foster Moreau, who recently found out he has Hodgkin’s lymphoma, says received a good prognosis. ❤

Both players, like Moreau, were diagnosed with so-called Hodgkin’s lymphoma and successfully treated.
