One year ago to the day, Tom Brady announced his retirement from NFL football. Is history repeating itself and the quarterback superstar is coming out of retirement again?
Is history about to repeat itself?
On February 1, 2022, Tom Brady’s first retirement from the NFL was announced. However, on 13 March 2022 – exactly 40 days later – the quarterback superstar announced his retirement from the game.
Curious: On 1 February 2023, exactly one year after the first retirement, the playmaker announced his career end again.
Will there be another comeback announcement on 13 March 2023, the same 40 days later as last year?
Brady: retirement from retirement?
Just recently, NFL pundit Rich Eisen revealed on his show that he had heard from multiple sources that Brady wasn’t done with football.
One eye should be on Miami in that regard.
The 46-year-old himself, however, recently dismissed the speculation.
“Anyone who thinks I have time to return to the NFL has never adopted a two-month-old kitten for their daughter,” Brady wrote on Twitter.
