Miami Dolphins: Xavien Howard sued for genital herpes.

Xavien Howard allegedly admitted to knowing about the STD. A woman is suing him for a large sum of money.

Miami – Xavien Howard has been sued by a woman for allegedly infecting her with a sexually transmitted disease.

According to a report from the Miami Herald, the disease is genital herpes. The woman alleges in the indictment that the Miami Dolphins cornerback did so intentionally over the course of a sexual relationship that lasted several years.

The writ states that the woman and Howard met in February 2018 when the professional football player asked her out. She claims Howard contracted the STD the following year, but did not inform her of it and continued the sexual relationship with her.

The accuser states she tested positive for the STD in March 2021. She subsequently identified Howard as the “only person who could have transmitted such a disease to her.”

Woman sues Howard for damages

Howard is said to have initially denied the allegations, according to the report, before later admitting to having known about his STD. He would have apologised for this.

The woman is demanding a trial by jury and is suing Howard for damages of more than $30,000.

The woman’s lawyers have not yet commented publicly on the incident, nor have Howard or the Dolphins.
