Impressive week for DK Metcalf. First the wide receiver signs a lucrative contract with the Seattle Seahawks, then it’s announced he’s making his acting debut in a Hollywood movie

Munich – What a week for DK Metcalf! On Wednesday, the receiver lucratively signed a three-year extension with the Seattle Seahawks. As has now been announced, his premiere on the big screen will follow in August.

In the film “Secret Headquarters”, the Seahawks star will be seen alongside acting greats Owen Wilson, Jesse Williams and Michael Pena.

The action comedy is scheduled to be released in Germany on 11 August. Metcalf already makes a brief appearance in the trailer. How big and important his role will be in the film, however, is not yet known to the public.

“Secret Headquarters” is about a secret headquarters of the world’s most powerful superhero that a boy named Charlie (Walker Scobell) and his friends unexpectedly discover in Charlie’s home.

When villains attack the headquarters, Charlie and his friends must band together to defend it in order to save the world. In the process, Charlie realises that his estranged father (Owen Wilson) may be leading a secret double life.

It remains to be seen which side DK Metcalf will belong to in “Secret Headquarters”.
