In a division with the Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders, the Broncos have now waited six more years for a playoff appearance. “We haven’t played the AFC West the way we thought we would the last couple of years,” Sutton took the whole team to task.

“Getting him certainly puts us in the position we want to be in. But it only sounds good on paper. It’s up to us now to work hard and take ourselves to the next level,” he concluded.
