NFL: Dolphins owner Ross accused in report – report later deleted again

Reporting by “NFL Network” and “NFL.com” back up accusations against Dolphins owner Stephen Ross with a witness statement. A short time later, the article disappears.

Munich – Exciting development in the NFL.

NFL Network” recently reported that an unnamed witness can confirm the allegations made by ex-Dolphins head coach Brian Flores against owner Stephen Ross. According to the report, the witness claims to have heard that Ross offered his head coach $100,000 for each loss in 2019. An article on the subject also appeared on “NFL.com”.

The interesting thing is that “NFL Network” is partly owned by the Dolphins owner. In the meantime, the article on “NFL.com” has disappeared, the link once used no longer works.

And this, of all things, after a public statement by Ross, who had called the accusations against him “false, malicious and defamatory”.

Dolphins owner accused

Now many in the United States are wondering why the story was published in the first place. Weren’t the employees aware that the accused was in part their employer

?

For now, reporting on the issue is off the table. But what remains is the fact that an NFL employee apparently knows someone who can and will incriminate the Dolphins’ owner.

It is quite possible that the league and the prosecution will still be interested in the name of the witness.
