Rich Bisaccia, interim head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, uses the night after the playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals to write letters to his players.
Munich – Nice story surrounding Rich Bisaccia. The Las Vegas Raiders interim head coach spent the night after the Wild Card loss to the Cincinnati Bengals writing letters to his players.
This is @Raiders interim coach Rich Bisaccia in his Cincy hotel personally hand-writing letters to his players thanking them for their hard work. Incredible.
Everyone says he’s an unbelievable person. Some kind of coach grind to get here. SuperWildCard@wyche89 @BucSidelineGuy pic.twitter.com/4lTkZdQy92

Bisaccia had taken over the team in a tumultuous season marked by a racism scandal surrounding Jon Gruden, a drunken drive by Henry Ruggs that cost a woman her life and a TikTok video of cornerback Damon Arnette handling weapons. Despite all the adversity, the 61-year-old led his team into the playoffs.
There, the Raiders lost a close game against the Cincinnati Bengals with 19:26. The chances that Bisaccia will also be on the Raiders’ sidelines in the coming season are rather slim.
