Jaxson Dart: Trouble brewing with the New York Giants over the quarterback’s appearance at a Trump event?

Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart supports U.S. President Donald Trump. A teammate is appalled—is trouble on the horizon?

Jaxson Dart’s appearance didn’t go over too well, at least not with one of his teammates.

The Giants quarterback attended a Republican campaign event in New York in support of Congressman Mike Lawler. But that wasn’t all. The playmaker even took the stage and introduced U.S. President Donald Trump.

Pass rusher Abdul Carter was visibly appalled by this. Commenting on a video of the event on “X,” Carter wrote: “I thought that was AI. What’s that about?”

After his post went viral in no time, Carter posted again and clarified that everything was fine between him and Dart.

“JD6 and I are fine. We had a man-to-man talk earlier. Just keep your stories to yourselves,” the athlete wrote.

Giants coach also supports Trump

His initially horrified reaction had quickly led to speculation that there might be problems in the Giants’ locker room. Meanwhile, offensive tackle Jermaine Eluemunor has also downplayed Carter’s post and stated that “everything is fine.”

Interestingly, Dart isn’t the only high-profile member of the Giants to have publicly expressed support for Trump. Head Coach John Harbaugh was even a guest at the White House last year.
