Next headlines surrounding star receiver Puka Nacua. The Los Angeles Rams’ top performer is currently in rehab, his lawyer has confirmed.

Wide receiver Puka Nacua of the Los Angeles Rams is currently in rehab. His attorney, Levi McCathern, made the announcement on Wednesday.

Nacua entered the facility “a significant amount of time” before the recent allegations against him and will remain there for some time, McCathern told The California Post. The aim of the measure was to “improve his overall behavior in all areas of life”.

Puka Nacua: Serious allegations against the receiver

Just last month, a woman from Los Angeles filed a lawsuit against Nacua. She accuses him of violence, assault and negligence, among other things.

Specifically, it is about an alleged “unprovoked anti-Semitic incident” and a bite to the shoulder on New Year’s Eve. Nacua denies the allegations “in the strongest terms” and, according to his attorney, has video evidence to refute the plaintiff’s claims.

McCathern also stressed that Nacua will complete the program in time to participate in all of the Rams’ offseason workouts and OTAs.

Nacua is currently in negotiations with the team for a contract extension.
