No stone is currently left unturned at the Miami Dolphins. However, running back De’Von Achane, the workhorse of the offense, has been declared untradeable and is expected to lead the Dolphins into the future.
The Miami Dolphins are in the midst of a rebuild that is so extensive that it could be described as a complete reboot.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, receiver Tyreek Hill, pass rusher Bradley Chubb, cornerback Jalen Ramsey and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick – almost all the stars are gone. Most recently, receiver Jaylen Waddle was sent to the Denver Broncos in exchange for draft picks.
These are really tough times for Dolphins fans.

But at least one fan favorite should stay: De’Von Achane. The 24-year-old running back will apparently play a central role in the rebuilding of the Dolphins team.
According to “ESPN” reporter Adam Schefter, general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan turned down all interested parties.
Dolphins: Achane could get a new contract soon
The running back was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time last season, running for 1,350 yards and scoring eight touchdowns. Achane is also a threat through the air, catching passes for 488 yards and four touchdowns.
No wonder the Dolphins see the versatile playmaker as a beacon of hope for a brighter future.
The third-round pick of the 2023 NFL Draft is entering the final year of his rookie contract, and the Dolphins could soon sweeten his stay in Miami with a well-paid contract extension. That would undoubtedly be a win-win situation for both sides.
