The NFL has announced that the Atlanta Falcons will participate in the International Game in Madrid in 2026.

The NFL will once again hold nine games abroad in the 2026 season.

The NFL has now confirmed that the Atlanta Falcons will play at the Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid.

“We are incredibly proud to be part of an NFL regular season game at the legendary Bernabeu Stadium in Madrid,” Falcons CEO Greg Beadles is quoted as saying in the press release.

“Atlanta and Madrid are a perfect fit, as we will host two of Spain’s group games at the upcoming FIFA World Cup at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This opportunity underscores the continued global growth of the NFL and the Atlanta Falcons.”

It is still unclear who the Falcons will play in Madrid. The exact date of the game in the Spanish capital is also still unknown.
