In the course of the week, some NFL teams will start training camps and thus end the summer holidays of some players.
Slowly but surely, the offseason of the NFL comes to an end, the players are called from their holidays and return to the training fields. In the coming days, the training camps of the 32 franchises will start.
The Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers kick things off on Wednesday and will be the first teams to welcome back – ideally – the entire squad. Both will meet on August 5 for the first game of the preseason, the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio.
“Americas Team” will also kick off the Regular Season with a game against the reigning champions, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs will start their training programme with the rookies on Tuesday and the seasoned players around Tom Brady and Mike Evans will join them on Saturday;
From 26 July, the NFL Network will also begin its extensive coverage, which will report live from the teams’ training centres and can be seen on ran.de;
Especially on Saturday, 31 July, the network will focus on the training camps and broadcast for 13 hours under the motto “Training Camp: Back Together Saturday”. Then, for the first time, there will be special fan events for each of the 32 teams.
