Important contract extension for the Las Vegas Raiders: Left tackle Kolton Miller is staying in Vegas for relatively little money.
The Las Vegas Raiders have secured the services of left tackle Kolton Miller with a substantial contract extension. The team announced that the 30-year-old has signed a new three-year contract worth $66 million, which will keep him with the Raiders until 2028.
Miller, who would have entered the final year of his previous NFL contract in 2025, had taken a break from voluntary offseason workouts to demand an extension. Now his patience has paid off: shortly before the start of training camp, the Raiders agreed to a deal with their tackle that includes $42.5 million in guaranteed money.
Las Vegas Raiders: No record deal for Miller
Miller performed consistently well last season, starting all 17 games and earning a PFF grade of 80.6, ranking 14th among offensive tackles in the NFL.
While Miller’s new contract won’t put him among the league’s highest-paid players, he will be among the top 15 tackles in terms of compensation.
