NFL: Antonio Brown temporarily in police custody after brawl

Former NFL star Antonio Brown ended up in police custody following a brawl. He was released shortly afterwards.

According to several videos circulating online, the former NFL star was involved in a brawl.

The 36-year-old claims that he was the victim of a violent crime and assault. According to his account, several perpetrators wanted to “rob and beat him up.”

The police were informed, arrested the former wide receiver, and questioned him. In addition to the brawl, police investigated shots that were reportedly fired during the incident. Brown was released shortly thereafter and no arrests were made.

Brown retires from the NFL

According to his own statement, Brown will take legal action against the alleged perpetrators.

Brown played in the NFL from 2010 to 2021 and was one of the league’s best players for several years. However, negative headlines repeatedly overshadowed him during and after his career.

He has not played for any team since 2021 and wanted to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers again in 2024. A contract was not finalized.
